Professional Drummer, Recording Artist, Educator
Born in Edmonton, Alberta and now based in Vancouver, BC, Chris has been drumming since 1992 — over three decades behind the kit. He's a professional drummer with extensive studio recording experience and international touring credits across Canada, the USA, Europe, and the UK.
Career highlight: opening for Taylor Swift at Commonwealth Stadium in 2009. Chris has performed on live television to a nation-wide audience of 2 million viewers as a special guest on Canadian Idol (no pressure!). His musical affiliations include albums by OmnisighT, Revenger, Surface of the Sun, and various solo projects released on the Warunki Media label (Bandcamp), plus independent session work.
Chris is a proud official Sabian Cymbals endorsed artist, with additional endorsements from Los Cabos Drumsticks, Cympad Accessories, and Sweetspot Clutches. He shares his musical knowledge as an instructor and educator, with lessons published through the award-winning platform Drumeo — and is proud to have taught drum students who have since gone on to play professionally themselves. His musical background complements his real estate career — a versatile talent that thrives both on stage and off.
